These are the general terms and conditions which apply between Pontoporos Ltd., and any of its associated, affiliated or joint venture companies, organizations or Websites and work seekers ("you") making use of its services. These terms are supplemented by Pontoporos Ltd. Privacy Policy and Website use Terms and Conditions.

• Pontoporos Ltd. will provide you with work finding services and will not charge you any fees for these work finding services (this does not include registration fee).

• Pontoporos Ltd. do not guarantee to find you work. We will register you in our database if you have completed our seafarer's registration form on shippingcrews.com and you will be included in all searches that our employer clients conduct. If you appear suitable for a particular vacancy, our consultants will endeavor to contact you by email, phone or in other forms of writing to confirm your suitability and make you an invitation offer. The employer client and not Pontoporos Ltd. are responsible for contacting you with the job offer.

• Your details will not be forwarded to any third party (not including our employer clients) unless you specifically tell us to do so.

• Sending unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or sending unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of a Pontoporos Ltd. Site.

• Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.

Please note that Pontoporos Ltd. reserves the right not to register you on our database and to remove from our database CVs which include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive or factually incorrect. We will also remove your details / CV if a complaint is upheld which has been made against them or if you use rude or inappropriate behavior towards any member of our staff.

Statistical information

We provide aggregate statistical information about site visitors and users such as the number of CVs on our database and the number of visitors to the site. We provide this information to hiring companies, advertisers, suppliers and other reputable third parties. This will not include any information that enables them to identify individuals.
